Our establishment can accommodate young people of all ages. Indeed, structures organizing youth stays, leisure centers, colleges and high schools can organize school or leisure trips to our holiday village in La Rochelle. We will offer you tailor-made packages that may include: bed linen, accommodation, catering, excursions, access to the swimming pool and all the other facilities of the La Fayette residence-club. Our holiday village has a total capacity of 322 beds divided between 47 apartments and 52 rooms . Our apartments and rooms can accommodate between 1 and 7 people. Depending on the nature of your groups, we will assist you in choosing accommodation.
Where to eat ?
We have different meal plans, which adapt perfectly to the constraints and requirements of your stay with a group of young people in La Rochelle. We can provide you with a continental breakfast, plate lunch and dinner, and picnic baskets.

We can organize excursions and outings adapted to your tastes, your needs and your educational projects. Our leitmotif is personalization. Thus, we can make you discover La Rochelle, the Ile de Ré, or even Fort Boyard. We match our services with your requirements and wishes.
